About Us

It Starts With Our Feet

We are architectural structures with our feet as the foundation. If our feet are not aligned, there will be an ongoing imbalance up our structure.

Mechanics can tell you the status of your car, and an engineer can quantify the value of a building or bridge. Our Certified Foot Fitness Technician can tell you about your lower body alignment and help you preserve your structure.

Feet Don't Fail Me

Our daily lives are demanding on our feet, knees, hips, and back. We live, work, and play on hard unyielding surfaces. Every time our heel hits the ground while walking, it hits with a force of up to 1.5 times our body weight. While participating in sports, that force can increase to over 8 times our body weight. That means that the average 160 pound person hits the ground with up to 1,200 pounds of force.

It's Not Just In Our Feet

Did you know that your problem knee, achey hip, or bad back could be caused by foot alignment? It can, because of what we call the "kinetic chain." The foot connects to the lower leg, which connects to the knee, which connects to the pelvis—and up the spine. That means that any instability in the foot takes its toll on alignment of the entire body.
